BRAND IDENTITY

You might have a new business or need to refresh an existing brand, Dossier offers all brand services in one place. From strategy, naming, through to design and assisting with production, we cover all brand touch points, print and digital. WEBSITES
Our websites offer the perfect synergy of good design and functionality, that you can easily update yourself, WINNING. With a focus on small-to-medium sized business needs, we can design and build a single page, multi-page or ecommerce site. Using a strategic approach we begin by mapping out all your needs and establishing easy navigation, essential for user experience (UX). We include basic SEO for google, making sure you have the right content in the right place, and if you don’t have content (text and images) we can also help with this. We mostly use website builders Wix or Squarespace, which we fully customise for your brand. Read more about our websites here.
GRAPHIC DESIGN
Dossier offer a wide range of graphic design services across both digital and print, from social media branding and eBooks, through to retail displays and exterior signage. No job is too big or too small. Or if you have the resource (tools, time or employees) and need digital design templates, we can create them. We’ve designed packaging for supermarket products (FMCG), farmers markets and gourmet deli’s, wine and spirits, beauty products, home fragrance, jewellery boxes and more. Using strategic design solutions to differentiate between ranges, flavours or fragrances, and achieve standout on-shelf. We use mostly New Zealand printers but happy to work with offshore suppliers if preferred. We can also offer advice on producing packaging more sustainably, and ways to achieve this within budget.

COPYWRITING & CONTENT CREATION
We can help with all your copywriting needs, from naming of your brand or product, to headlines & bi-lines, full website copy, social posts, editing and more. Sarah has been writing for brands for more than 10 years and she's read a lot of brand copy! Our approach is a clear, concise tone-of-voice that engages the reader, with a little personality to keep it authentic to your brand, connecting emotively with your community.
Need help with content creation for socials, EDM & journal posts? We offer ideas for posts, digital assets (branded jpegs & video), design templates (Mailchimp, Canva, Wix), stock photography & video, and can arrange for professional photography and videography.

BRAND STRATEGY
An opportunity to tap into my 18 years experience in the design and brand industry. I’m the creative director at Dossier, I’ve worked for some of New Zealand’s largest brands alongside exceptional designers and strategists, as well as running my own business for the past 10 years. I’m offering one-on-one sessions sharing what I’ve learnt, to help your brand engage more successfully with your audience. Clients have found these consultations hugely beneficial, we cover the fundamentals of brand strategy, highlighting what's working and what's not. Including reviewing your brand story and values, competitor review, positioning, your audience, marketing review, key messaging, brand goal setting and how to get there. We'll also review your offering and look for any opportunities you may have missed. I highly recommend investing in at least one session, the return will be so much more.
